Team Vires

On the 7th December 2010 James Peace and Sean Williams confined in each other their ambitions to make a successful Live for Speed team for themselves. They both entered a lone server on Live for Speed team and it was here that Team Vires was conceived. Since that night Vires has gone from strength to strength with numerous new driver signings and even welcoming back some friends from Ministry of Speed.

The word Vires comes from the latin word vires meaning passion, which reflects what all the team members feel about racing for Team Vires. Already Vires has debuted in Masters of Endurace, the most prestigious league in Live for Speed, in the GT2 class finishing a disapointingly low position but having shown the pace to run at the front of the field. Vires members now hope to secure a top 5 finish and possibly a podium in the Aston Grand Prix 24hours race on the 12th/13th Feburary.Recent signings Pierre Peron and Thaigo Cardoso have strengthened the GT line up for Vires in a strive to contest in other leagues strongly and to also boost the line up to that of a respectable roster.

Pierre is the newest signing after the collapse of the great french team e-team saw him teamless. Sean knew him well from the e-team days and proposed to him to have a new challenge set in making Vires one of the best teams in Live for Speed. From France Pierre is a real character and we welcome him with open arms to Vires and hope that he enjoys it here. Already he has proven his speed and humour within the team and we all enjoy his company!

Thaigo is from Brazil, Belo Horizonte City. He is 25 years old and is wanting to race international leagues such as MoE, IGTC, GTAL and more, he has great aspirations and coped very well in a difficult race in Masters of Endurance at Westhill. He is a great lad and already we think he has got some great potentional to go far in Sim Racing.
