Background/History
Concept Racing is a new racing team for the popular online race simulator, liveforspeed. The Team was formed on December 16th 2007. The team was formed by seven ex-members of the dissolved racing team. Zwarte Wind Racing. The team was formed as these original drivers wished to remain racing together in liveforspeed team after the ZWR Team Principal closed their former team.
The decision to form this new team was instant and within the space of a few hours the team had a name. The name of the new team had decided to be called 'Concept Racing'.
With the team name 'Concept Racing' registered on lfsworld the team started to look at what other items were required to become a fully functioning liveforspeed team.

We gave ourselves a launch date of the end of January 2008 at an optimistic view.
Announcing Concept Racing
The announcement of Concept Racing was made by M.Hoekstra (badeend) on the lfs community forums, team section on December 17th 2007.
The news of the Concept Racing team was well received and received lots of positive comments from LFS community members. On the same day Concept Racing was registered on lfsworld as a new team. The team tag, CR| was chosen, however at the time team colours at were not confirmed.
UF Baby-R "Fall-Out" Cup
The first duty of Concept Racing would be to continue running and maintaining the established UF Baby-R "Fall-Out" Cup. The Concept Racing Drivers in the series had to hastily arrange new skins and managed to complete the running of the series.
In that Series, Concept Racing Drivers had been very successful. M.Pesonen (blackout) was crowned UF Baby-R "Fall-Out" Drivers Champion heading a points list over almost 40 drivers, whilst the Constructors Title was awarded to the Concept Racing pairing of T.Corken (Swiss_Tony) and J.Parker (Dru)
Driver Line up
With the resposability of the UF Baby-R "Fall-Out" Cup completed the attention was moved back to organising the new team and its structure.
During this time Concept Racing had been speaking with a Finnish driver, R.Salama (sokke) about joining the team. Concept Racing had been impressed with R.Salama's driving in the "Fall-Out" Cup as he had partnered Drivers Champion M.Pesonen in an all Finnish Team (PirateUFR's to finish second in the constructors championship.Concept Racing offered R.Salama a race seat, which was immediately accepted. With this new driver onboard, Concept Racing decided to launch its official Driver Lineup.
